Variation/Alteration Policy: Bookings altered, changed or varied 24hrs prior to departure and re-booked for another Tour or departure date, may incur a handling fee of $20 per passenger. This fee is payable at the time of booking alteration/variation.
Cancellation Policy: A 100% charge will apply to all booking cancellations made within 24 hours prior to departure. Travel and sickness Insurance is therefore strongly recommended.
Off-load Policy: Some Tours may be operated by another contractor who maintains an equivalent high standard of service.
Payment: $AUSTRALIAN by cash, travellers cheques or credit cards. (Please only one card per Tour voucher with credit card payments ).
Credit Card Fees: apply for use of Visa/Mastercard and Union Pay, 2% and for Amex, 3.5%.

Reef Levy
A per person charge comprised of a $3.50 Environmental Management Charge to all passengers entering the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park, plus port and administrative fees, and GST.
Fuel Levy
With the fluctuation of world fuel prices it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge, which would be a pay onboard levy. If any charges are applicable Tusa will provide with a minimum 7 days notice.
Cancellations
There is no charge for cancellations with 24 hours notice. 100% cancellation fee applies with less than 24 hours notice.
Conditions
Trips are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled at the discretion of Tusa Dive. Alternative days or refunds will be offered in the event of cancellations by Tusa Dive, however Tusa Dive reserve the right to use other vessels should Tusa 6 be unavailable for any reason. 100% cancellation fee applies with less than 24 hours notice. Pricing is in AUD inclusive of GST.
Smokers please note: TUSA 6 is a non-smoking vessel.
