With our 3ON tour option you may choose to extend your stay overnight, (one or two nights) and soak up the magical atmosphere that only waking up at Cape Tribulation can bring. You book your own accommodation (see below and check that we can drop off and pick up where you are staying). We will return you home the next or the following afternoon having soaked up some of the magic that staying in “Cape Trib” brings. Stay 1 or more nights at Cape Tribulation and split our fully guided day tour into two days, or more and enjoy free time in the rainforest.

When on our guided tour of Cape Tribulation, we give you time to discover the unique wilderness area of the World Heritage listed rainforests of Cape Tribulation & Mossman Gorge.

In this tour we discover the unique wilderness area of the World Heritage listed rainforests of both Cape Tribulation & iconic Mossman Gorge Experience our accredited Eco-Certified tour which includes a short tour of Port Douglas before we then continue north through sugarcane and the giant Great Dividing Range arriving at the mighty Daintree River. There you will catch a river boat and be guided down the Daintree River where there’s a good chance of catching a glimpse of a lazy crocodile or two, tree snakes, pythons and water birds.

Journey further north over the Daintree River into the mysterious and awesome Daintree National Park – Cape Tribulation area. Your expert guides will provide you with insightful knowledge of the history of the area and the stunning beauty. Enjoy a lunch in a rainforest setting and take time to refresh with a swimming opportunity.

Enjoy a poolside lunch in a Rainforest setting, relax, sit, just take it all in, or swim at the resorts pool.

Stroll along idyllic Cape Tribulation Beach and onto the Kulki lookout and observe where two of the world's natural wonders converge - the rainforest gives way to white sand and fringing coral reef!

On the return day of your tour you will then wind through the rainforest of the Alexandra Range, to enjoy this spectacular lookout over the Daintree River estuary, Snapper Island and beyond to the Coral Sea. Travelling via the Daintree Valley we arrive at the New Mossman Gorge Gateway Centre *. This is a special place of significance to the local Ku Ku Yalanji people. We are transferred by eco-friendly open electric vehicles, which quietly wind their way into the tranquil gorge surrounds. Enjoy an interpretive guided walk of the gorge and experience this ancient rainforest firsthand, or instead (subject to water volume) enjoy a refreshing swim.

We then return you to your accommodation with wonderful memories of this unique and precious wilderness area.
